A tasty, yet light and healthy meal full of delicious flavour. It also requires only a few ingredients and little preparation time.
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 chicken breast
4 cherry tomatoes
Handful of spinach
Small chunk of cheese (we used mature cheddar)
½ tsp fry oregano
1tbsp of garlic infused oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
We might serve this with a side of mash or new potatoes.
